Allweiler Peristaltic Pumps

These are a self-priming displacement pump without gaskets or valves. The peristaltic hose pumps use two sliding shoes (ASH or high pressure pump), or rollers (ASL or low pressure pump), to compress a reinforced precision hose. They are suitable for pumping or metering low-viscosity and high-viscosity liquids, neutral or aggressive liquids, undiluted or abrasive liquids, liquids that are prone to foaming, liquids that may contain gases, and liquids that contain fibrous or solid particles. They can be used for metering aggressive fluids up to 100 l/m & 15 bar pressure.

Macerators chop solids conveyed in liquids; materials like wood, textiles, plastics, paper, rubber, bones, glass, etc., so that they may be pumped. Once treated, solids have a grain size of approx. 3.5mm and fibres size of approx. 1.5 cm². Pumps can vary from 10-160 m3/h.

This versatile and universally applied pump series offers the best technical solution at an excellent price for pumping mineral and synthetic thermal oils at temperatures up to 660°F or hot water up to 400°F. Theses pumps have capacities up to 6500 GPM and can pump up to 475 Feet of Head.
