Pioneer Prime Series Pumps

This series includes any of Pioneer Pump’s end-suction centrifugal pumps combined with high capacity, vacuum-assist, dry-priming system, capable of rapid, unattended priming and continuous repriming. Sizes range from 3 to 18 inches, with Flow range from 50 to 18,000 GPM and Heads to 500+ feet. Units are available for Solids Handling or Clear Liquid Service. Enclosed Silent Packages are available with DBA Ratings under 70 DBA @ 7 meters. Pumps are also available in a variety of different metallurgies. Mounting Configurations include: Engine Driven Skid or Trailer Packages, Electric Base Mounted Packages, Engine Drive SAE Mounted Pump End and Bare Shaft Mounted Pump End.

Pioneer’s Self-Priming Pumps are available for Solids Handling or Clear Liquid Service. Sizes range from 1.5 to 10 inches with Flows from 20 to 3,500 us gpm at Heads to 200 feet. Typical mounting configurations are Engine Driven for Skid or Trailer Mounted Packages and Frame Mounted Electric Driven. Pumps are available in a variety of different metallurgies. Pioneer’s Self Priming Pumps are interchangeable with Gorman Rupp Self Priming Pumps in certain models.

Pioneer Standard Centrifugal Vertical Pumps. Units available for Solids Handling or Clear Liquid Service with Run-Dry Capability. Sizes range from 1.5 to 18 inches, with Flow range from 50 to 18,000 GPM and Heads to 600+ feet. Solids Handling Capability to 4.5 inches. Typical Mounting Configurations are Vertical Coupled, Vertical Frame and Close Coupled (Some Models). There are Vertical P-Base Electrical Motors available with a variety of enclosure options; Reliance Immersible Motors are also available. Some other features are base elblow clean out, various sealing configurations and premium hydraulic efficiency for reduced operating costs. Pumps are available in a variety of different metallurgies.
